John has over 18 years of experience in both Learning & Development and Sales and Customer Service related roles, mainly in the financial sector. He is an all-rounded individual with exposure to the full spectrum of learning design, content development and classroom delivery capabilities in L&D, as well as developing OD initiatives in the various positions he has held.
He is currently the Singapore Learning Lead at ANZ Bank Singapore, where he looks after the learning needs of the retail banking, private banking, corporate banking, enablement functions as well as GTSO.
