I was born in Lisbon, Portugal.I received the Psychology BSc (with honors) degree and M.Sc. degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counseling from the Universidade Lus贸fona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D degree in Health Psychology from the Instituto Universit谩rio de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL), Lisbon, Portugal, in 2014.
