~Promoted to supervisor of 5 professional advisors in Mass Communication, Anthropology, and History and Health Sciences departments. ~Responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring of new advisors in assigned areas. ~Process leave, disciplinary responsibilities, and serve as back up advisor for supervisee's areas. All of these duties are added on top of being the sole advisor for the Communication Department.
