I and my team at Business Training Works are passionate about helping others become more successful at work. For 15 years I have consulted with organizations to articulate their goals and then designed and delivered training around those objectives.
Curricula I have developed is grounded in adult learning principles. In the classroom, I do not lecture, and I am occasionally funny. My sessions are collaborative, interactive, and participant centered.
I have designed and delivered dozens of programs on business etiquette, communication, relationship selling, customer service, presentation skills, change, creativity, storytelling, train the trainer, and other soft skills.
