I became a Beachbody coach in April 2010 after using P90X and losing 35lbs. Living healthy is now what I will have to do. I am very passionate about helping others learn what I have learned along the way and with supporting my team!
They say healthy today, but could be gone tomorrow! I have changed my life to be more healthy, live more healthy and think more healthy. I have added more exercise and drinking Shakeology everyday. I feel better, look better and have more energy.
I use the P90x recovery system, Activit vitamins, P90X Peak Performance bars, and Shakeology. I work out at home and the results are amazing!
