I did my initial teacher training at The Mico University where I obtained a Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. After graduating from The Mico I began my teaching career at St George鈥檚 College for boys on North Street in Kingston. During my seven years at this institution I moved through the ranks from a classroom teacher to acting-head of department and then to Vice Principal. During my second year at St Georges College I pursued simultaneously a certificate in Christian Education and a diploma in School administration at The Mico University.
