Innovation runs like a thread through my career. Whether it is finding new ways to visualise dendritic spines in research or developing a new platform to assess the impact of books and chapters, it is where I excell. Over the past years I have gained a deep understanding of the tech world and in particular the startup ecosystem, and pioneered startup scouting and coaching pilots with them for Springer Nature.
