Currently Founder-CEO Youth4Jobs .Our focus is on helping companies build an inclusive workforce. In this process we work with government, rural underprivileged youth and industry. I started from scratch the countrys first Jobs mission for the underpriveleged youth for the AP govt. Did several innovations including setting up the grassroot english, workreadiness and computer Academies(EWRC). Built an IT architecture for MIS and transparency. When I left we had trained 280,000 youth and put 70% in entry level organised sector jobs.
Currently I work in giving short term market linked skills to the disabled.
