He has led teams across CX, loyalty, ecommerce, marketing and data. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Xerris and Accolite Digital. Prior to his current role, he led cross-functional teams as the EVP, Marketing & CDO across brands at Northland Properties, Head of Digital at WestJet Airlines and Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience at Shaw Communications.
