Long, long ago... I studied in my native Portugal where I graduated with a B.A. in Hospitality Management and subsequently, a D.E.S.E., Diploma of Specialised Higher Education, in Marketing. In 1999 I achieved an M.A. in Marketing at the University of Ulster, and in 2005 I was awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy (D.Phil.) in Marketing. Also in 2005, I completed the Vocational Teacher Education programme at Helia - Helsinki Business Polytechnic (now part of Haaga-Helia). I'm a LEGO庐 SERIOUS PLAY庐 Certified Facilitator, a Certified Experience Expert by LEO (now House of Lapland), a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP庐) and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE庐) by AHLEI.
