I have 28 years in School Administration. My main goal currently is to automate administrative processes. I have a masters in electronic commerce and since 2003 have been working on ways to improve work efficiencies.
I have been looking at enterprise content management systems especially in regard to being able to retrieve stored documents from other software applications. I consider that after eight years I am now about 95% paperless within my office.
