TYPE IN EDUCATION. Michael is a devotee of applying personality type theory (Myers-Briggs®) in the classroom. He believes Type principles can be utilized to establish a climate of equity and acceptance in the classroom, through which students learn to respect and appreciate ordinary differences in individuals, as well as preferences in their learning and teaching styles.
