Mikhail Minakov is a Kyiv-based scholar, political philosopher, analyst, and consultant. He has taught at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy since 2001. Minakov has held fellowships at Harvard University, the Wodroow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and at Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg Greifswald. In 2011, he became the founding editor-in-chief of the scholarly peer-reviewed journal Ideology and Politics published in Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
