Presently I am working as Assistant Professor of Biochemistry in Basic Medical Sciences, College of Medicine, King Saud bin Abdul Aziz University for Health Sciences.
Before that I was working as Demonstrator /Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry, SKIMS Medical College, Bemina, Srinagar, Kashmir, India.
I have also worked as Senior Research Fellow at SKIMS, Srinagar, Kashmir on the ICMR funded project entitled 鈥淎 study of Genetic alterations in Colorectal Cancer in Kashmir Valley鈥�. The project involves the analysis of the genetic alteration in the RAS family oncogenes and epigenetic silencing of the p16 gene in the colorectal cases of Kashmiri population.
