I have MSc degree in telecommunication - systems from Khaje Nasir University and 9 years’ experience in related area.
In my current position in MCCI, we are responsible to :
• Revise and upgrade all the AS-IS in 2G operation process to Level 5th TO-BE 3G and 4G Network to be used in MCCI OSS Tools ( Clarity )
• Experience to working on processes like: Network Surveillance, Fault Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, CRM-Helpdesk, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Preventative Maintenance and Network Optimization
• Provide other Departments with Support Docs, OLAs and SLAs
