I am dedicated, dynamic and trustworthy. I joined the ITU in 2004 and since that time have been leading initiatives on environmental sustainability, e-waste and smart cities. I serve as the Counsellor of Study Group 5 鈥淓nvironment, Climate Change and Circular Economy鈥� and Study Group 20 鈥淚nternet of Things and Smart Cities and Communities鈥�. I am also the ITU-T Focal Point for ICT standardization issues in Latin America. I authored over 40 reports on telecommunication issues. I graduated from the University of Florence and hold a Master in International Cooperation and Telecommunications Law. I am a polyglot and am fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
