During my term I have, inter alia, been:
鈥� in charge of streamlining Schneider Customer Experience team by defining program management frameworks, process, roles and responsibilities, tools and methodologies;
鈥� successful in performing an organizational audit of web programs during which more than twenty interviews were conducted; and
鈥� following up on the progress, risks and Key Performance Indicators of web programs.
