We focus exclusively on developing three sales skills that are linked to recruiter success: (a) questioning/listening; (b) managing objections, and; (c) gaining commitment.
The training model we use is based on conducting over 2,000 hours of direct recruiter sales skill training and recording & analyzing over 1,000 recruiter calls.
