Born in the U.S.S.R, at the age of 9 I became a "grandchild of uncle Lenin" by joining the Communist Party preteen organization (it was compulsory). I learned a great deal of things such as how to use a knife improperly and how to crawl beneath barbed wire carrying a toy AK 47 without damaging the school uniform too much. I was even awarded with a book for helping to recycle paper for my country. The book was about a boy who bravely fought to defend his country from Capitalist bastards who tried to bribe him with strawberry jam.
