- 4. Pasukan Jepun menang dengan mendahului 1 km!
- 5. Rakyat Malaysia tidak puas hati dengan keputusan yang amat mengecewakan. Pihak pengurusan membuat keputusan untuk menang pada tahun depan walaupun dengan sebarang perbelanjaan. Mereka melantik satu pasukan untuk membuat analisa dan cadangan.
- 6. Selepas dibuat analisa rapi, mereka dapati pasukan Jepun mempunyai tujuh orang pendayung dan seorang ketua.
- 7. Pasukan Malaysia menpunyai Tujuh orang Ketua dan Seorang Pendayung !
- 8. Berdepan dengan senario yang begitu kritikal, pihak pengurusan dapati tiada kebebasan dalam pasukan. Jesteru itu, mereka melantik syarikat consultan untuk restructure dalam Pasukan Malaysia.
- 10. Pihak consultant membuat kesimpulan terlalu ramai ketua dan terlalu sedikit pendayung dalam Pasukan Malaysia. Satu cadangan telah diajukan berdasarkan analisa yang bijak ini. Structure pasukan mesti ditukar dengan kadar segera.
- 11. Sehingga kini, mereka terdiri : 4 ketua 2 Penyelia 1 Pengurus 1 pendayung Selain daripada itu, mereka turut mencadangkan agar persekitaran pendayung mestilah diperbaiki dengan memberi lebih banyak kemahiran.
- 12. Tahun berikutnya, Pasukan Jepun menang 2 km!
- 13. Pasukan Malaysia segera menyingkirkan pendayung daripada pasukan kerana prestasi yang tidak memuaskan
- 14. Bayaran Bonus diberi kepada pihak pengurusan kerana motivasi dan komitment yang tinggi yang ditunjukkan semasa peringkat persediaan.
