Identifying Your Brand Advocates
A Brand Advocate is a highly satisfied customer that is willing to tell others about
your products and services, without compensation. The advocate has a deep
conviction of your brand, and ready to speak on your behalf to people they know.
Brand Advocate loves your brand. It is the highest level that a customer can
attain, so they must be given special attention. When a Brand Advocate markets
your brand, they convert customers for you more easily than any paid campaigns
you will run.
