I am 50 (yes, I'm old... not obsolete), I graduated in Computer Science in 1990, in Milan. The same year I started working in a large U.S. international company, which had already implemented the systemic approach in coaching and project management.
For 10 years I worked in manufacturing dept, managing industrial projects: process automation, statistical process control, shop floor control. From simple to complex projects: ISO9001 std. for ​R&D dept, ERP and PDM system implementation.
The all-round experience I made lets me to understand the importance of exploring issues from many points of view.
