I am 50 (yes, I'm old... not obsolete), I graduated in Computer Science in 1990, in Milan. The same year I started working in a large U.S. international company, which had already implemented the systemic approach in coaching and project management. For 10 years I worked in manufacturing dept, managing industrial projects: process automation, statistical process control, shop floor control.
