Part of a team working on Unified Communications solutions having the following responsibilities:
- Definition of global strategy and architecture to integrate unified communications solutions with the local market (OpCo) IT/BSS/OSS systems.
- Definition of the Web Portals architecture to support service provisioning and configuration of the unified communications platform on the local markets.
- Joint collaboration with the local markets in IT/BSS/OSS integration architecture definition and implementation.
- Support strategic decisions providing technical and business perspectives on the solutions.
