16+ years of work experience in Training and OD - Leadership and Management Skills Development, Learning facilitation, Change Management, Psychometric Assessments and Coaching. Worked in organizations including IBM, Infosys and Yahoo. Have a Master鈥檚 degree in Comparative Psychology and am a practicing psychotherapist (Transactional Analysis). I am also a life skills and personal safety trainer and work with schools and communities to help build safe spaces for children and women
