A lot of people ask me if I am happy with the way I live. Wondering if I truly am happy to constantly battle through dry chicken breasts every day, pushing my body to its limits every time I train, reaching levels of intensity that I didnt think were possible before I started training seriously. If its sunny outside, I go gym. If its raining outside, I go gym. Simply put if its a workout day, Im there.
The most frequent question I get asked from these people is, Dont you want to have a life?
I severely dislike that question, so I always reply, What would you define as having a life?
