Rob Keefer, PhD, has a strong commitment to finding interdisciplinary solutions to complex problems. This compulsion toward understanding systems from multiple perspectives drove him to earn a Masters degree in Human Factors Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
Through his written and spoken word, Rob has contributed to diverse fields including Image Processing, Natural Language Processing, Software Development, and User Experience Research and Design. He has authored 30+ publications and delivered more than 20 different presentations at local, national, and international conferences.
