Rob Keefer, PhD, has a strong commitment to finding interdisciplinary solutions to complex problems. This compulsion toward understanding systems from multiple perspectives drove him to earn a Masters degree in Human Factors Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
Through his written and spoken word, Rob has contributed to diverse fields including Image Processing, Natural Language Processing, Software Development, and User Experience Research and Design.
