Old habits lead to old solutions, new habits leads to...
My core interest is to set a new agenda! This means that the things I work with generally aims towards innovation. Not that I seek to innovate for the sake of innovation, but because it makes sense - especially in a world that change every day.
My expertise is to:
• Create relationships,
• Support innovation and
• Promote and develop organizations' capacity to innovate.
In an MBTI test I usually end up as an ENTP-type with a preference for anarchistic thinking. But I do think I am a INFP-type of person. Anyhow I enjoy working in a non-bureaucratic environment.
