Mohamed Ismail , the Vice Chancellor upon the approval of the Council of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka with effect from 01.02.2013.
MM. Rifaudeen has created a history as the first South Eastern University Librarian. Being the son of late Mr. U M. Muhiadeen, retired principal and AyishaUmma, he has pride in holding this esteemed position. He was born and bred in Sammanthurai.
