Rosina P茅rez Aguirre has a Ph. D. in Education (Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid), a Master in School Management (Universidad Cat贸lica del Uruguay), she is also a Science Professor -Physics and Chemistry -( Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile). As a professional with a vast experience in teacher training through ICT-based strategies, and current perspectives of teaching and learning, she works as Professor at the Universidad Cat贸lica del Uruguay and she is also a consultant for several public and private institutions.
