Mr. Ponciano was born in Brazil, with experience in marketing and strategic planning, having started at FCB, Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising Agency, with Creative Director for Vodacom, Volkswagen and Audi, later joining Golo/MaCcann Wold Group, Leo Burnet and DDB, specifically to manage their clients. Rubens has been involved in a number of successful development products and services, work with clients like Standard Bank, TDM, STV, Government Departments, Unilever, Coca Cola and others. Mr. Ponciano holds a Social Comunication degree from the University of Oeste Paulista, in the São Paulo, Brazil.
