I am a member of a team that works alongside the Training department and Team Managers to oversee new advisors during their training. We also help with tenured advisor training when transitioning to a new department.
As a team, we provide our students with group guidance, best practices, and teach call guidelines through audio and chat mediums. During our sessions we provide team managers and curriculum trainers with feedback on students to help guide development.
Alongside with training we also handle customer facing duties handling multiple lines of business and assisting customer with their technical needs.
