Hi, my name is Russell Mason and I am currently the CEO of Regional Development Australia Sunshine Coast. My main goal in many of the public and private companies I have worked for is to focus on continuous change - I am self motivated and am always looking for a better way of getting things done and am therefore suited to change management roles and roles where the focus is on strategic long-term growth and/or betterment of the business.
