I have cultivated a teaching style that challenges business students to absorb new concepts, develop new skills, and apply those skills in their daily lives. I have over 20 years of experience in teaching undergraduates, MBAs, EMBAs and PhD students in organizational behavior and management. I co-edited two books for a scholarly audience, and have several well-cited publications in peer-reviewed journals.
