At the heart of it all, I am a teacher. I desire to make a difference in Christian Higher Education through my teaching, writing and reserach. Also, I have come to enjoy focusing administratively on strategic planning, assessment, and institutional research.
My career goals are to (1) bring honor to God, (2) help students become excited about strategic thinking and change, (3) to help my institution move to higher levels of effectiveness and innovation.
