Father Custom Home Builder Mercer Is., Bellevue, St. Thomas USVI & Stuart FL. I could read building plans at 6 and first got paid for working with Dad at 8. 1972-82 Dad was a General Contractor & I grew up working on construction sites Laborer, Carpenter, Superintendent 1977 Majored in Architectural Drawing in Interlake High School (Bellevue) 1981 BA: Business Management and Economics - Seattle Pacific University 1986 Moved to Kitsap 1988 Started Newcastle Construction - Custom Homes & Remodeling 1993 Founded the Professional Remodelors Council of Kitsap - HBA Kitsap 1993-97 BIAW State Director & HBA Kitsap Board Member 1994 Remodeler of the Year - HBA Kitsap 1996-97 Chairman, Remodelors Council - Building Industry Association of Washington 1997 Awarded Excellence in Service - Building Industry Association of Washington 2000 Started SKS Construction - Remodeling & Insurance Repair 2002 Award for Excellence In Remodeling - Whole House Remodel - HBA Kitsap 2012 Started Stabbert Construction Services - Remodel, Repair & Maintain 6/19/12 Joined BNI 9/11/12 Rolled out New Logo

Our New Logo & Branding Stabbert Construction Services is All Three The Consultant: My goal is to get to know my customers in such a way as to come up with creative solutions to meet all of their needs, most of their wants, and even address issues that they were unaware of. The Craftsman: I am very concerned that the end result of every project is done to the highest quality workmanship possible within customers budget. The Serviceman: Even though a project may be considered small by many contractors, our customers still need someone they can trust to solve the problems and meet their needs, in a timely and efficient manor.
- 6. The Shield is a symbol of security and trust along with being an icon that represents the heritage that I have in construction. It relates to the Serviceman aspect of the business. Our Name is in a font that is Solid, Stable and Balanced. This speaks to the Consultant aspect. The Font is creatively customized and unique which speaks to the Craftsman aspect. What I did on this project Basement Remodel Remodel design & estimate Demo basement slab that was 3 out of level Grade & pour new slab Frame new interior walls and soffits Frame new stairway New electrical wiring and plumbing by subcontractors Add new and relocate heat ducts Insulate floors and walls Hang and tape drywall Interior wall paint Repair exterior wall framing Install a new exterior door and seven new windows Remodel basement bathroom Interior doors, base, casing, stair railing, closets Cabinets and countertops for kitchenette and laundry area Pergo flooring Install appliances and plumbing trim Built bookshelves and window seat
