As a business continuity and data center professional, I鈥檝e managed projects as well as data center teams and facilities, utilizing accepted service management framework methodology. Most recently, my responsibilities have focused on enterprise backups and disaster recovery management. I am customer service oriented and driver of process improvement to support business units and am motivated by opportunities to find solutions to improve process architecture. I am active in local professional organizations and served as President of the DFW AFCOM chapter.
