the world now.
Why Japanese eating soba and
ramen have sound?
? Japan was deeply influented by China, Japanese believe
that it should be quiet when eating to show his polite.
? However, when soba go into edo, it is a food for common
people. They think that eat quietly is hypocritical and they
do not follow that rule.
? Nowadays, it become a culture. It is allow and encourage
to have sound when eating soba and even ramen. They
believe that it can make them enjoy more on eating
noodles.
? It is not a ?must on having sound when eating noodles.
Main point is to enjoy your food.

dating back around BCE. 6000 to BCE 5000 in Asia.
? While noodles were eaten in Korea from ancient
times, productions of wheat was less than other
