Mobil-flexible Arbeit ist zur Norm geworden. Arbeit und Privatleben verlaufen fast parallel und sind nicht stark geregelt. Die Arbeit ist meist in Projektstruktur organisiert und die virtuelle und physische Zusammenarbeit ist dank der Verwendung mobiler Ger辰te wie dem Windows Phone oder dem Surface Tablet und Anwendungen wie der Office Enterprise 3 Edition mit Lync, der Enterprise CAL Suite, den Microsoft Server Systemen und dem Enterprise Social Network Yammer gut abgestimmt. Nur 2% aller Organisationen in der Schweiz sind so gut f端r die mobil-flexible Arbeit vernetzt, besonders Grossunternehmen sind gut ausgestattet.
Keine der befragten Verwaltungseinrichtungen hat bisher die f端nfte Phase erreicht, f端r die Mehrheit (63%) ist mobil-flexible Arbeit eine Ausnahme, im Umbruch befinden sich 16% und nur in einigen wenigen Organisationen hat sich diese Arbeitsweise etabliert, was wohl auch daran liegt, dass die Organisationen nicht international ausgerichtet sind.

Rachel Addoms is the VP of Alumnae and Heritage for Alpha Sigma Alpha- Epsilon Lambda. She proposes their plans for Homecoming week from September 21-27, 2014 with the potential theme of Superheroes. Their nominee for Homecoming Queen is Carly Bolton. Organizations will participate in contests to draw their theme on a student union window and create banners for the parade. The parade will be on September 27 at 11 AM and awards will be given for floats, banners and windows at 12 PM. As VP, Rachel will arrange an alumnae cookout after the parade.

A survey was conducted of 20 high school students about The Challenge Program, Inc. (TCP). Most respondents said they would be willing to follow TCP on social media and use the hashtag #TCPIcanwin if their phones were allowed during school assemblies. However, few students had heard of TCP or said it came to their high school. The objectives are to pursue allowing phone use during assemblies to promote the hashtag, and to increase awareness of TCP through social media, educators, billboards, and promotions since many students were unfamiliar with the organization.Social Media Audit
