April 5 In 2013, Athletics for Kids is celebrating 11 years of making sporting dreams come true for
children and youth in British Columbia by hosting the 11th Annual A4K Fundraising Gala,

presented by Coast Capital Savings. This event has raised over $550,000 in its history and has
contributed to the funding of over 2,000 sporting activities for children and youth that would
have otherwise been left watching from the sidelines. With this letter, we are sincerely asking
for your support for the 2013 A4K Fundraising Gala by becoming an event Sponsor.

The Gala will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 at Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver,
and attracts 275 guests consisting primarily of Club members and business professionals.
Sponsors and guests will be treated to an elegant martini reception and gourmet dinner,
followed by the excitement and athleticism of fully sanctioned live amateur boxing. Last year,
the theme was “Vegas Night, Baby!” and it is back by popular demand this year, bigger and
brighter than ever!

As an event Sponsor, your name and logo will be featured in promotional materials including
event signage and projection screens, in 275 printed programs at the event, on our dedicated
webpage, via our social media and at select levels, in our newspaper advertising. You will also
be publicly recognized at the event and all sponsorship levels from Presenting to Silver are
entitled to receive free ticket(s) to the event. All cash sponsorships are eligible for a business
receipt from Athletics for Kids Financial Assistance (B.C.) Society.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Thank you for your consideration of supporting Athletics for Kids and the 11th Annual A4K
Fundraising Gala. The sponsorship levels below have been carefully crafted to deliver maximum
exposure based on the level to which you choose to support. The sponsorship levels are as follows:

Presenting Sponsor $15,000
• Company name and logo will prominently appear on all event tickets, promotional materials,
newspaper ads ($7,000+ value), the A4K event website (for 1 year), the front page of the
program, in the A4K e-newsletter, and on the outside of all four corners of the boxing ring
• Company name will be included in all mentions of the A4K Gala, including media spots,
