Examples were given of mobile apps developed for cultural heritage sites, language learning, e-books, and healthcare. Future pervasive apps may provide customized information based on location, time, user preferences through social media integration.

8. About WSA Mobile and WSA
? The aims of the contest are to select and
promote the world¨s best e-contents and
applications. It adopts the bridging of digital
divide and narrowing of content gap as its
overall goal. This contest is on the worldwide
basis and it is anticipated to have over 168
countries to apply and be nominated.
Meanwhile, the applications will be evaluated
by the Grand Jury formed with national
experts from more than 100 countries.
