He has been in China since 1999, and has been recognized among Asialaws Leading Lawyers since 2008. He authored Chinese Commercial Law: A Practical Guide (Kluwer Law, 2010), and is an arbitrator to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Robin Tabbers Mr. Tabbers has a background in international business law and has worked for some of the leading law firms in the Netherlands, includingBaker & McKenzie. He has been in China since 2010 and is one of the firms primary contacts for foreign companies, forming a solid bridge between our clients and our Chinese lawyers.

Yun has developed a particular focus on retail work, having assisted clients in the fashion industry to build a network of branches throughout China. Kathleen Cao Ms. Cao advises on investment structures and exit strategies, international trade, tax compliance and customs matters, and represents businesses in negotiations with counterparts and governments departments. Kathleen also assists clients on the development of compliance programs, and is the firms main Chinese contact for M&A work.
