Shun Yoshie introduces himself as the originator of JAWS PANKRATION 2021, a 24-hour non-stop online experimental global AWS community event organized by JAWS-UG. The event had over 900 participants from 22 countries, 70 speakers from 13 countries, and a maximum of 259 simultaneous viewers. It cost an estimated $1,000 and had no downtime over its 27 hours. Participant feedback will be analyzed and the organizers hope to hold a similar event in the future. Winners of a promotional tweet contest were given JAWS PANKRATION original swag. Yoshie thanks all the speakers, committee members, and participants for their contributions to the successful event.
