With a background in projects spanning more than 40 years, Tim Lyons specialised in the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes for clients including Crossrail, Network Rail, ExxonMobil, Siemens and in patent development. His first career was in broadcasting, where he designed and built commercial radio station studios in Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol, also working as a presenter and programme producer. Tim now writes and presents extensively on matters relating to the human and neurological aspects of projects, including communication, ethics and coaching. He holds a Master’s degree in NLP, is an NLP Master Practitioner and International Coach. He is the Deputy Lead for APM’s People Interest Network.

- 1. Costumes, Actors and Props Actors My music video contains two main actors one male one female. I chose these people as the male was familiar with the song and knew the lyrics which allowed the lip sync to be as good as possible. The female in my music video has had good experience within media and has a good understanding of the genre and its conventions. Hardy Caprio – Cam Morton Female partner – Georgia Arnold Costume For the male, he was wearing a khaki green t-shirt and black ripped jeans which is one of the lyrics in the song (‘black ripped jeans that I wore with a khaki’). The female was wearing fashionable clothes that fit with the genre conventions as within this genre of music, fashion is important. Props Iphone 6s – chose to use this as a prop as it is a expensive phone and artists within this genre like to show off the amount of money that they have. Armani watch – in my music video the artist is wearing a expensive watch which also helps to show off wealth.
