Founded in 1990, the group specialises in supporting the manufacturing sector in the UK & Ireland, through each of the 16 limited companies and over 20 service divisions. Currently employing in excess of 450 people with a 2014 turnover of ?65million, the group¡¯s growth has been achieved by the acquisition of talented individuals combined with a unique understanding of our customers businesses and challenges. Each business division of the group is headed by a quali?ed and recognised industry leader within their market sector. We recruit talented leaders that have both the accountability for their business, technical expertise as well as passion for engineering. By utilising the in house service solutions of the adi Group, to deliver small to large scale projects, allows a client to choose the exact services that meet their individual needs. Customers can feel con?dent that the adi Group can coordinate the respective internal divisions, to provide a single point of contact, who will deliver on time, in budget and above the standards expected solutions, from a single source engineering company. The adi Group structure allows the ability to self-deliver the majority of its complex projects without the need for additional resource from external contractors. Customer retention is paramount to the adi Group business and continued success.
