This document discusses the synthesis and characterization of polymers based sensors. It describes: 1) The synthesis of silver nanoparticles conjugated with P(S-VP) polymers using a two-phase system involving methanol, toluene, P(S-VP) solution, AgNO3 solution, and NaBH4 solution. 2) Characterization of the P(S-VP)-conjugated AgNPs using techniques such as UV-visible spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, zeta sizer, zeta potential, and FTIR. 3) The ability of these nanoparticles to encapsulate and detect pesticides like cartap in water and blood plasma samples, and how temperature, salt concentration, and pH affect the
