along with MEP department controlling large budgets and seeing projects through from planning process to

• Daily allocation of technical staff and personnel on the site works.

• Inspection of works according to the program of works.

• Make sure that works follow the quality control and implementation of HSE requirements,.
• Supervise the geotechnical investigation works, deep foundations activities including but not limited to the
following piling works, pile caps….etc.
• Reporting the work progress to the project manager and implementation of the project budget restrain.
• Running the technical work shop with the consultant, verify the IFC drawings and resolving technical conflict.
• Develop detailed schedule and ensure that all aspects of the project stay on task.
• Manage interfaces between subcontractors to ensure smooth flow of work activities.
• Keep track of any scope changes, progress issues, design discrepancies and adjust the schedule and other
project details as necessary.
• Liaise with subcontractor to ensure timely submission of drawings and other related information.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract documents and quality standards.
• Develop project processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste at a minimum cost.
