Project Summary
General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
Construction of a state-of-the-art commercial building comprised of two towers with a
total built-up area of approximately 250,000 m2. One tower consists of 36 floors while
the other has 34 floors. The scope of work consists of office premises, lobby area con-
necting the two towers on the entrance level, including two retail blocks above the ground
level. The project includes a four-storey underground car park with a total depth of 16 m
below the ground level for 2,400 cars. The car park is equipped with the latest high-tech
security systems and an automated system for controlling pedestrian and vehicle traffic
flows.

ty Plant (CUP), Thuwal.
Project Summary
Saudi Aramco
Design, engineering, procurement and construction (IK-LSTK) of a grass-root Central
Utility Plant (CUP) associated with King Abdullah University for Science & Technology
(KAUST).
The CUP is comprised of three major components: a sea water reverse osmosis potable
water treatment plant with capacity to produce a Peak Daily Consumption (PDC) of 32
ML/day, a central chiller plant with the cooling capacity of approximately 45,000 tons
and a waste water treatment plant with a peak hourly flow of approximately 38,000 m3
per day.

Tasks:
 Familiar in different software like AutoCAD, CSI SAP, CSI ETABS CSI
SAFE, STAAD PRO, Prokon, etch, or equivalent finite element analysis
software.
 Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes
and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
 Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in
drawings by Designers/Drafters.
 Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, electrical, etc.
 To perform technical audits and design reviews.
 Responsible for the engineering solutions for various tasks and problems
encountered throughout Design / Construction.
 Visit municipality website on a regular basic to update is information re-
garding modified/new laws and regulations.
 Visit municipality premises in-case of project delaying and approvals pend-

 Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
 Study and prepare requests for information for various projects, follow up
