 Assist in all program and operations related procurements for QC
operations and ensuring that all are in accordance with QC rules
and regulations.
 Coordinate with all QC employees on procurement issues, and
ensure that all are well-versed in procurement procedures.
 Review and ensure that all procurement forms and documents are
in compliance with QC requirements and procedures.
 Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors as necessary.
 Ensure that relevant quotations from suppliers and vendors are
generated as required according to QC policies and procedures.
 Assist in the purchasing and procurement of goods and supplies
required to insure smooth program and office operations.
