2015- to date:
Regional sales manager /Trade marketing ;(HEINEKEN UGANDA LTD)
Deliverables ;
- Identifying the required posm material required in the market hense placement of order
and in the right position in the market.
- Have been able to come up with game plan /marketing strategy and introduced
desperados drink in market which in now a success.
Dealing with different suppliers.
- Managed to grow sales volumes in my area from 87htls to now over 220htls in last one
year ,through redisgning route to market stratege in my regions (appointing stocks).
- Monitoring and coaching my sales rep in my department.
- Distributor development and guidance in my area .
- Strategy development for my department through setting up aurcher bars ,
branding,idenifing posm to place in market, identifying up coming event and being put of
them with purpose of increase sales for the brand.

grow hypers like Nakumatt Uganda from 25 htls to 240 htls on monthly , Game & capital
shoppers from 50 htls to 300 htls monthly, plus growing min supermarkets .
- Writing and developing market plans to drive sales (i.e) through developing route to
market in Uganda & channel segematation .
- Monitoring and coaching my sales rep in my department,though is one of my sales reps
was identified by management and promoted now area manager.
- Identifying new opportunities for Uganda market in trems of exporters.
- Team building activates for my team members.
- Came up with idea of Gondola ends with fridges for cold avaliabilty and tvs for
advertising our brands in hyiper chains in Uganda this help reduce on advertising spend
and increase on sales in hyper supermarkets.
